Step of using video cutter
- you have had application
- you click star on you windows
- you click all programs
- double click at apps
- you can choose joiner, cutter,
- open the application joiner or cutter
- Ctrl + O open file
- you can select you video that you cut or join
- click ok,
- you can save Ctrl + S
- finally you can save with WAV, MP4
